Michelle Richey Martin is by far the best Property Manager I have ever had. When she took over for my old PM company they had left me with a trashed condo and stolen items. She totally took charge and fixed everything leaving me with a good piece of mind for over 6 years. I have properties in other states with other PMs but Michelle is the most hard charging and certainly cares about the properties they manage as if…

I've been working with Michele Richey Martin for almost a year now and she has been wonderful. She placed renters in our property in just a few days. Worked with them after the 6 month inspection, and reported to us very promptly. Always keeps up to date on things. Just an absolute gem to work with. Thanks Michele! Vicki

They manage crystal creek subdivision off crystal springs rd Jacksonville The president's name is Charla Curtis and her yes lady is Tammy Larrick Charla is very rude and unprofessional she could care less about good residents and goes around on a daily basis harassing residents and picking at every little thing she can find such as dead spots in lawns but ignoring large violations like a resident jacks up vehicles in…

Such a poor Management company. I've never seen them resolve any issues. Me and my neighbors have reported multiple issues with very few replies. The point of contact is Tammy Larrick. She never responds to your call or text, if she does she's rude and still doesn't have anything fixed. Fire her immediately! If you're looking for an HOA. Not this one. Keep scrolling.

Signature realty & management are awful. I texted and contacted Tammy Larrick numerous times, but she never returned my calls or texts. She is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
