Damien came to check on my a/c unit just a couple hours after I had called and immediately found the issue and had the solution. He was also proactive in looking into the warranty and was able to get the motor piece we needed under that warranty. Very thankful to come across an honest and reliable HVAC person which …

Highly recommend! Dameon came out same day and helped us with a difficult issue we were having with our HVAC system. We appreciate how he spent the time to identify the issue properly and was able to get a replacement part we needed next day. Amazing service and high quality work. We will be using his company again for sure.

Dameon and team solved a separate issue for us just weeks after helping us take care of an initial cooling issue. Once again he was responsive, thorough, and quick to take care of us, and made sure we knew exactly what work was being done. We are extremely satisfied with the level of service and will continue to call Dameon for our HVAC needs. Again, highly recommend him for all of your HVAC services and needs.

Excellent experience with Optimal Air Services. John and Damien were very reliable, honest, and professional from start to finish. They installed a 2.5-ton air conditioning unit in my residential condo, and the product works amazing. Everything was handled properly, the communication was clear, and I felt like I was dealing with people I could trust. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality AC work.
