We had preventive maintenance performed on our AC system today. Sub Zero's techs communicated their expected arrival perfectly, and arrived on time. Their evaluation and maintenance of the system was very thorough. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, patiently answered my questions, and gave me confidence that the system is in good health. Their price was very reasonable for the work performed. I've been using Sub Zero Air for years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Eddy, the owner, has built an outstanding company with a team of knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy technicians. Every experience I've had has been excellent. They are always punctual, courteous, and take the time to explain what's going on and make sure the job is done right the first time. It's rare to find a company that c…

I can’t thank sub-zero air conditioning enough. I had 3 other estimates from companies telling me things I did not need. Sub-zero came in a timely matter, were honest, spoke to me with respect and gave me the best quote. I trusted them. I highly recommend their honestly and professionalism.

Our AC condenser stopped working. Called Sub Zero AC for help, they said they could be at my house in 2 hours. Eddie showed up exactly on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and was on his way. This is the level of efficiency I look for and will definitely be using them again (hopefully not anytime soon though haha). I highly recommend them!
