Austin did a great job. He was very friendly and did great explaining what he was doing and why. He showed me pictures of the work he did and the different parts of my HVAC system. He took the time to explain upkeep and what to look for with my specific HVAC system. Didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me on unnecessary additional items and seemed like a solid honest guy. He answered all my questions and was very …

From start of quote process through installation, Tadlock can't be beat. I needed new HVAC for my home and had three companies offer to come and give quotes. Tadlock was the ONLY one that provided a quote for a system, specifically the air handler, that would fit in my small area. Nick explained everything to me, was prompt and on time when said would be here and Brittany and Victoria from the office were in constant…

Austin was very nice and professional and very knowledgeable about his work and explaining what was going on with our AC unit, can in and fixed it and recommend this company to anyone. My unit went out last night and I was able to make an appointment and get my ac back working. Praise Jesus for wonderful kind people. Thank you Austin and Mrs. Victoria for being nice.

Tadlock always delivers top notch service. Nick and his team are absolute professionals yet they make you feel like family. Austin was our technician today and we had a dryer duct issue that he was able to diagnose and find a solution we were comfortable with. He also checked our A/C to ensure it was still performing optimally so we’d be ready for these hot days of summer. He is knowledgeable yet laidback so you don’…

I called this morning around 9:15 and Austin was here to get my AC fixed up by 10:30. Not only did I not expect a same day appointment, I sure didn’t expect to receive such quick service. Austin was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Bonus points to him for putting up with my daughter’s dog following him around watching every move he made. Would definitely recommend Tadlock to anyone who asks.
