We did the home energy audit through Duke Energy and TLS was one of their approved companies. TLS was wonderful to work with! First had Blake come and do the initial inspection. Second, a couple of gentlemen came to seal our ducts (I'm sorry, I wasn't able to get their names). Third, Jose and Hansel came to do blown-in insulation. And lastly, just had Fitz do an AC tune-up today. Everyone was on time, super kind, and…

We had a great experience with TLS. After completing our energy audit with Duke energy, we contacted TLS as they are a recommended contractor for AC duct repairs and new insulation. It started with Blake coming out to provide an estimate to repair a couple of a/c ducts and blow in new insulation. He was on time, friendly, polite and explained everything he was observing. He emailed an estimate later that day with pic…

The TLS team did a great job at providing an estimate, scheduling, and sending a text message before their arrival. They provided photos before and after to let me see how everything looks, meeting the requirements and level I selected. I recommend them and would use them again if needed.

I continue to be impressed with the service and expertise of TLS. They did a great job on arric insulation, then called out a year later for problem with ac. Fitz assessed the whole situation, walked us through options and then provided a cost effective solution more than I expected. Will keep working with Fitz and TLS for sure!

These guys are great! Quoted at 25% what another company was quoting. Was able to do blow in insulation when I've been told the pitch is too low by other companies. They were able to schedule less than a week out. Arrived slightly early than the scheduled time which was great. Able to complete the job in less than an hour. Also helped us out by mentioning the Duke rebate. Highly recommend!
