The Palms Air Conditioning and Heating team is stellar! Alonzo, the owner, and Kenzie, one of the master techs, were great to work with. Both are extremely knowledgeable about their profession. Alonso with Palms Air Conditioning was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was incredible, and he was completely open and honest throughout the diagnosis process. We worked together to come up with the perfect plan, with zero pressure. No bait and switch, no upselling, just good, honest business. It’s rare to find this level of integrity these days. Highly recommend!
