When our 12-year old AC stopped cooling right after our return from vacation in the middle of a heatwave, we called Cool R Us, among few other independently owned firms, on a Sunday afternoon, asking for a new system install ASAP. Lek, the owner, said they had the equipment I wanted on hand and an available install slot first thing Monday morning, which we took. The crew arrived, dismantled the old system, installed…

I found Cool R Us by using AI to find the best locally owned HVAC replacement companies. Josh the salesman took a significant amount of time to explain everything to me so that I could clearly make the right choice for my home and understand what I was getting. Cool R Us offers the best warranty of any of the other companies. Their install team was neat, hard working and left the work spaces clean. They took time to …

Highly recommend Cool R Us! Our AC stopped working on Saturday afternoon when it was extremely hot outside. Michael Veczko from Cool R Us arrived within two hours and quickly got our AC back up and running. Michael was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the issue. He also cleaned up everything before leaving. I especially appreciated how well Cool R Us communicates with its customers—they sent us a …

Cool R Us Is an AWESOME company and they did an AWESOME job. Skerdi and Abdul worked so hard to assemble my new AC unit with precision and perfection. They took care not to mess up my floors, they took their time so as not to rush the job and they were very courteous and polite. Before the job was complete Elloi and Victor showed up to offer assistance to make sure they left me with a smooth, running AC. In addition …

I love these guys! They answer the phone, show up on time, and they are respectful of my home. They are just downright honest and hardworking. They worked with my Saturday schedule when I had a recent AC emergency and I didnt notice a Saturday upcharge. I left them here working to run errands. When I returned it was obvious that they had kept plowing through. Great to have an AC company I trust.
