Excellent service! We called few companies to fix our ice machine but nobody could fix it, everybody told us to buy a new one. We called seabreeze and we were very pleased! Kareem arrived and fixed our ice machine the same day! The Price was reasonable and the service was great!!!! Thank you Kareem! We will definitely use your services again.

This man knows how to handle commercial refrigerators rapidly. He is not cheap but very accurate and organized on process. I especially liked the way how he works step by step 1. Diagnosis the problem. 2. Offer customers several ways to fix it. 3. Get it done fast

Called the company to come out and service ice machine at the restaurant. No one showed up on scheduled date and time to look at the machine, no answer when tried to call. Following day called again to find out what is the problem. Received a text message that they will call me right back. Never received a call back. So, with that I can't say anything 9n quality, but would be very cautious about putting your faith on…

He came, started work on my walk in cooler, took a check from my employee for the full amount of $2500 and left it completely broken, never came back won’t answer calls. We have used Kareem before and he Has done this to us before but he has always come back eventually. We had to pay someone to fix it so we paid twice. He is completely missing and won’t answer any phone calls
