We got our new Carrier heat pump HVAC system installed today. The team came about 8:30 am and worked continuously till about 3 pm or so. They were friendly and left everything clean. Everything was explained to me including our new smart thermostat. I’m happy to feel comfortable in my home again. I would recommend Bold City.

I had a service call today from Cheyenne from Bold City here in Jax. She was great, checked all the concerns I had, answered questions, and provided suggestions in keeping my house cool this summer. Bold City did an excellent job installing a split unit and I can’t recommend them and Cheyenne enough. Thank you! -Phil

Kasey Carrier was extremely professional, prompt and thorough. Our experience with Bold City has been among the easiest of all the renovations we have done to our historic home. They made installation quick and easy and have followed up twice to make sure our new system was functioning properly. Customer for life!

He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The repair was done efficiently, and my system has been working perfectly ever since. What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time. …
