We have been having AC issues for the last few years. It never failed that in the heat of summer something would require a call to Chiller Medic. They were always responsive, helpful and honest. Well this last week instead of a small fix we were in need of a fix that cost more than I wanted to pay for a 14 year old unit. Greg at Chiller Medic was very helpful educating us on our options with no push in any direction …

Can’t say enough great things about their Commercial HVAC service. Had them out twice to our restaurant when the AC was not working. On both occasions they were punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Got the issues diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a very affordable cost.

AC failed on a Saturday. Chiller Medic came out Saturday and diagnosed the issue and ordered significant parts and had the unit fixed Monday. Fast service and accurate diagnosis. Cadence was our technician for this repair and he was professional and thorough.

We had clog in our drain line and Matthew came out under very short notice to help flush it out. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. Will definitely be using Chiller Medic for any future needs.

Thank you Greg & Chiller! These guys are fabulous! They’re honest and do great work. My AC went out and I had DavidGray come out. Thank god I had Chiller do a follow up. They saved me a ton of money I would have been screwed out of had I went with DavidGray. So happy there are still honest and legit companies like Chiller still around! Use them!
