We reroofed this summer and had to replace our rooftop AC Heat Pump unit. Downtown Air gave a competitive bid and I was impressed by their planning, coordination with the roofing company and execution in completing the project. Sean, Danny, Michael and their teammates are excellent. And our OUC bill is down $32.00 from last August!

They installed our new AC 10 years ago and this was the first time we’ve had an issue with it since then. I was expecting to need a whole new unit or something close to that , but we just needed a new blower motor. Danny did a great job making sure everything was clean and working properly. He showed within the window of time I was promised so I wasn’t waiting around all day. Great company and I continue to highly r…

Danny from Downtown Air and Heat did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing my AC today. He performed a thorough inspection, quickly identified a major electrical issue, explained exactly what was wrong in terms that were easy to understand, and even went to pick up the necessary parts so that he could complete the repair the same day. Danny is always friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. It’s obviou…

This has to be my absolute best experience with an HVAC company I've ever had. Their technicians are competent and hard working. And their staff is super friendly all around. They are a small company, but they care that much more to make up for it. Really, they're just a bunch of good people that want your AC to work better without breaking the bank.
