In my 35 years of living in Florida—and after building and owning several different homes—I can honestly say that no company compares to Ferran. They are truly the best of the best! Jeremy is absolutely outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, and his professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to his customers are remarkable. Ferran’s technicians are equally exe…

Chris came out yesterday to see what was wrong with our hot water heater. After thorough examination he determined it could not be fixed. He called the office, had a new one delivered and installed with all new fittings & such. We were very impressed with his professionalism & knowledge.

So overall we paid $264 to begin our services with Ferran. 4 hours after their departure of our home… our homes current temperature is 89 degrees. We had no issues with our air conditioning prior to Ferran interfering with our unit…
