Kerry was fantastic! He explained to me everything that was going on and offered excellent advice on different solutions as to how to proceed. I can't say enough about his service and he is definitely a great representative for Hammond. He's the technician you hope to get. Five stars aren't enough for him!

Hammond air conditioning is a wonderful place to do business with. I had the pleasure of working with Bryan L. today. He did a wonderful job of explaining preventive measures to keep my unit working at optimal level for years to come. Truly appreciated this level of service. No pressure sales. Trust them and would recommend to anyone needing ac maintenance or repairs.

Brian from Hammond was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a smart tip to cool the motor with a hose, which kept our house comfortable in the meantime. Luckily, the part came in the next day and he got everything fully repaired fast. Excellent service, friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!
