Always professional and courteous. Fast response time and honest with what issues are and are quick to get things fixed. They finish the job and always use quality equipment and hardworking technicians. I call them anytime I need anything worked on because I know they aren't doing what isn't necessary. Thanks Cold Temp for always done no a great job!

Always come out fast. Are honest with what the issue is and what will be a good temporary fix or whats entailed to fix the problem to last. Fair pricing as well. Worked with me to handle a cooler and got the expensive part warrantied to save me a bunch.

Terrible terrible never ever call these people!!!! They do not respond quickly at all and so unprofessional not returning customers messages and calls! To miss out on an opportunity to make your company hundreds of dollars is foolish!! service techs should not be making decisions like that!!! If was the owner i would have fired you. Terrible terrible terrible and unprofessional!!!!!
