Pete and his team were AMAZING. When he came out for the initial estimate, he had done his homework on what unit fit our house best. He brought options of brands, prices, and what was included. Our A/C stopped working so we called our Home Warranty Company. They dispatched the service call to Island Air and I am SO happy they did. Pete was amazing. We ended up needing to replace both our outside and inside units but Pete made a horrible situation (coming on the heels of any already horrible month) much more bearable. Pete is a great guy. He is respectful, dependable and professional. His prices are reasonable with excellent workmanship. I have been doing business with his company for almost 10 years and his attention to detail is 2nd to none. He is always available when any emergency Installation or maintenance is requested.

Avoid and look elsewhere. We're forced to spend more time without A/C while we scheduled another installer, an…

It took him 2 days to install it because he was working by himself. After it was installed we still had problems with the unit. At first his customer service was incredible. He came over at 10pm one night to get our unit to cool our house down. We had to call him to …
