These folks are fantastic. Wasn't familiar with the company previously but they came out and replaced 2 old A/C systems with new ones and were extremely professional. Hard working, focused, didn't even break for lunch. Cleaned up afterward, the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Austin, Zack and Chris did amazing work.

This was by far the best A/C servicing experience. Thorough, courteous young man named Chris, and just an overall good demeanor. Went over every single inch of my AC unit and I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you Chris!

We had maintenance with Waycoff and they wanted to charge us $3600 for the repair and sell us a new system. Chris the tech who came out examined and saw nothing was wrong with system. Showed me everything and explained the process. Saved us a lot. Would Def. Recommend.

Our commercial AC unit at our office was replaced by Thermal Engineers and we are beyond happy with the service we were provided. Chris is very attentive and has amazing attention to detail. Not only was he prompt and fast, he was also very professional. I would recommend to any large or small business in Jacksonville, FL.

Wonderful, fast service. Dillion came within an hour of calling for an appointment, and got our AC back up and running quickly. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
