It’s back working!!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Because who can be their best self in Florida with a dragging AC?? 😆 Jon was my technician. He was young but knew what he was doing; very respectful and nice too. He explained stuff and showed me what he was doing, very good customer service. I’m very pleased. This is my second time using One Touch and both times the person sent out was really helpful and kind.

Shawn was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and expedient in providing his AC repair service! I called for an emergency repair, and in an hour, Shawn was at my home starting the AC repair. He was done fixing it in less than 10 mins, and we are beyond happy about the service! AC working wonderfully! Thank you, Shawn, and we will definitely recommend you to our neighbors, family, and friends!
