Had a factory defect on my outside unit. Called them, they immediately came over and fixed the problem within minutes. Great guy, great attitude. You can tell he loves his company. I highly recommend him. And to be quite honest, you can't beat his prices. Outstanding member of society. Wish more people were like him.

Our A/C suddenly turned off and the fan wasn't running (this is Saturday 2pm mid-July). I called Kyle and he was at my house 15 minutes later. Kyle diagnosed the issue with 10 minutes, offered a solution and provided the fix, all for a great price! I can't thank him enough for being extremely responsive and professional. Don't go with the big company names. Call Chappell Heating and Air!
