Purple Mint Vegan Restaurant did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I had the lemongrass beef with white rice, and it was incredibly tasty—perfectly seasoned, savory, and very satisfying. Love this place! We got the double delight spring rolls, kung pao chicken, and buddha's delight, and everything was fantastic! The ambiance is also great and the decor is beautiful. Highly recommend!
