The gentlemen that came to my home were great. They took several large area rugs. They came back looking amazing. They took measurements when they were here. What I didn’t realize is that they put the rugs back exactly where I had them when they took them. The service was friendly, great, professional and prompt. A great way to begin the year. Much appreciated. Kudos to the company.

Thomas Rug Cleaning did an amazing job with my 10 year old area rug! It looks brand new! I can’t believe how soft it feels! The people that delivered it were so sweet and very professional (and busted their butts moving my Lovesac furniture to make sure everything was perfect)! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

After his passing in 2012, I recently rediscovered it in terrible condition, worn and stained from years of use. Thanks to the skilled team at Tho…

Even though I’m not a customer, I felt compelled to leave a review for Thomas Rug Cleaning Co. & Ararat Oriental Rug. Seeing their storefront featured in Pulp Fiction - when Bruce Willis and his "girlfriend" leaving the location with a chopper - and knowing they’ve kept the very same sign all these years is something genuinely special. In a world where everything is constantly rebranded, renovated, and replaced, it’s…

My guy Eric was super great. He walked me through all the options patiently and help me figure out the best option for the rug. He made it not feel like a pressured decision when running through all the numbers and additional options beyond the initial intent of the trip. The rug was natural dyed from morocco and had some color bleed. We thought it was ruined. Thomas Rug cleaning restored it to perfection even more …
