The house is almost 70 years old, so I expected some surprises. What I didn’t expect was how much work would go into correcting the previous owner’s DIY electrical work. The original plan was to renovate the bedrooms and hallway, but we ended up opening several additional walls to straighten everything out. Not the exciting part of remodeling, but I’d rather have it done properly.

We hired Michael I Construction to build an outdoor kitchen in our backyard and honestly couldn't be happier. The crew was on time, clean, and actually and steven the manager actually listen to what we wanted. The finished product looks great and everything works exactly how we hoped. Would definitely use them again.

The house has been finished for a little while now, and I’m actually glad I waited before writing a review. It’s one thing for everything to look good on day one, but another for it to hold up after you’ve lived in it. We’ve had zero issues. The kitchen gets used every day, both bathrooms have held up great, and everything still looks as good as it did when the project wrapped up.
