I just got off the phone with an insulting "customer service" representative by the name Mallory. I am a paying tenant at one of their apartments, and I, unfortunately, am currently in the middle of a hit-and-run incident that took place on their property (parking SUCKS!!!). Instead of being empathetic and helpful. Mallory was condescending, impatient, and offered me no type of solutions. Sigh.
