Laughlin Plumbing delivered exceptional work for us - fast, precise, and deeply professional. As a founder, I value teams that bring real expertise, and their crew introduced us to modern plumbing technology that immediately improved reliability. They operate with the same clarity, rigor, and craftsmanship I expect from top‑tier partners.

Service is fine but remitting payment was annoying. They insist on ACH unless you specifically ask for credit card and by that point they get you with interest. Also exceptionally rude rep that I had to deal with on the phone to get this done.

Rip off !!! I am calling Toto tomorrow to share what a bait and switch. $475 to fix a leaky in wall Toto toilet. I called them as they were listed on Toto website. I sent a video to Deon and was told parts maybe $30 but $250 labor and $225 for a part on sale on Amazon for $150. Worse part is tech Jesse left and I can’t tell if they want me to pay for a 2nd visit to replace another part.

Support any local plumbing company, except this one! Terrible communication and terrible customer service that was a complete waste of my time and $250. I learned nothing, other than the toilet I ordered could definitively be installed by another plumber. We have been remediating a wastewater leak from a toilet that was flushing into the walls and floor. I called to ask for a quote and Dion urged to quickly schedule…

As a GC I have to say they are the best and most honest plumber I have used.
