This was our first experience with The Water Heater Company and it was far better than anticipated. Our service technician, Zak, was very patient and proficient in his work and customer service. He did a thorough assessment of our water heater issue and even diagnosed a couple other matters that were distinct yet connected to the overall efficiency of our water heater unit. Jake was our installer, and let me say, wow amazing. He was beyond knowledgeable and helped us as much as he could when our homes water heater failed. I could not be more pleased. Jake was professional, kind and sufficient. Will highly recommend.

I am not easy to please, but this…

Mike and Carlos came over to swap a tank water heater. They were thorough and detailed in their inspections and explanations. Pricing was fair, manager Zack was also super reasonable during conversations. Highly recommend the water heater company.
