We have had Kadash managing our properties in the San Diego area for over ten years. When he went out on his own and started AMG Management & Realty, we of course, went with him. We have been extremely happy with his management ability. He completely understands his business and is a hard working, self starter. We trust him implicitly to make decisions and to implement them when we are out of the country and not avai…

Management company really seems to be making a strong effort to improve their service. Ticket response rates became much faster and they made sure to text me with updates about issues going on. I left my apartment in great shape and received my whole security deposit back.

When buying my home I frequently asked kadesh questions on how the process works. He was great at making sure I knew the process and was not going to be surprised by anything. Although I didn’t buy a house through AMG Management and Realty, Kadesh’s customer service was unparalleled. I would highly recommend his real estate services for owners, buyers, sellers and renters.
