We worked with Craig and his team as tenants for 2 years and overall had a good experience. We were able to get maintenance items addressed in a timely manner. Paying rent monthly and submitting maintenance requests through the online portal was easy and straightforward. The move out process was seamless. Communication was great. Would recommend!
