Terrific experience at Vilicich today. It’s an institution with a felt accumulation of knowledge and expertise walking in the door. Patrick and Conrad were overly helpful and kind as I navigated a link issue on my Omega. Great business and people.

They saved my life. My Oyster Perpetual got some humidity inside while traveling in California. I called them and they took the watch in immediately. Check there was no rust or moisture inside, and did a full service. They had it done in record time so I can take it home with me. The watch looks amazing now. They know how to take care of it and preserve the value at the same time.

Knowledgeable watchmaker at a long time small business. Quality craftsmanship in servicing my 30+ year Rolex watch. Highly recommend if you need trusted repair for your jewelry.

Fantastic service and good people to talk with. Gave me a battery and adjusted the size of my watch all in a days work. I'm glad there are still places like this around.
