We started with a sewer line that needed to be replaced, which left us with a hole in the floor. We decided to tear two bathrooms down to studs (and while we were at it replace our 1950s hallway cabinets). Gary's team gave us a 6-week schedule that he beat, and he had workers here every day getting it done. He's a great communicator and is very knowledgeable about construction and building codes, so he kept things mo…

We had a wonderful experience with Gary and his team for a remodel of the front of our house and the primary bathroom. They were prompt, dealt with all our concerns, interfaced professionally with the city and our engineers and minimized the time delays caused by unforeseen conditions. The results of their work is beautiful, we couldn't be more happy. We highly, highly recommend Gary and his team.

The project was big - a full home remodel and new construction of an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) and a second two-car garage. As we have come to expect from GFC, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality, the detail and accuracy in the quote, and the expertise, experienc…

It was a great experience working with Gary and his contractors. He checks in frequently, responds quickly, and will add/update anything as needed. He made the construction proce…
