We hired them to repair areas around all our buildings. It was really hard to communicate with them. We kept having to follow up. They gave us very little time to verify the completion of the work before they started charging us late fees. They also dragged their feet in providing photos of the areas they worked on all while the late fees piled up. We requested they forgive the late fees considering the circumstances…
