This review is for Torrey Pines' Handyman/technician, Rafael. Rafael was awesome! He arrived promptly, was super professional and personable, and went above and beyond, even doing minor repairs on my screen door that he noticed could be improved that wasn't even on my original work request. He worked super fast in completing the jobs as well. Great hire!!

Had a lease with TPPM for 3 years, never had any issues. They were always there to help with anything and operated in a very professional way. I would recommend them to anyone. And shoutout to one of their PM assistants, AJ Bess. After I ended my lease with TPPM, I accidentally had a package delivered to my old address. AJ went above and beyond to retrieve the package and bring it to my new residence. Great dude!

TPPM has managed my family's rental properties for over two decades. Julio and team are always professional and a pleasure to work with. Whenever an issue comes up, TPPM has always been attentive, prompt, and genuinely helpful. We appreciate how dependable the team has been over the years, and it gives us peace of mind having such a dedicated, responsive team managing our rental properties.

Julio has been a great property manager to my apartment complex for the last 2 years. His assistant Jennifer is wonderful as well. Despite managing over 500 properties, him and Jennifer have always been attentive and accommodating towards any issues I’ve had with a strong sense of urgency. That’s difficult to find nowadays. They deserve more kudos!

Wow I called this property management company because their rental application asks for 60 months of rental history. I don't have 60 months of rental history. And a guy who works there named Jason told me to just FUDGE NUMBERS to make it appear like I have the renta history and when I said I'm not going to lie he said well then don't apply. not a good renat company
