Contacting them to set up the appointment was a straightforward experience, and the technician they sent out was pleasant and professional. He did end up having to drill the safe, but he tried a lot of other stuff first, and was clearly familiar with the model. Conscientious about cleanliness as well. Good experience, would definitely work with them again.

I had a really good experience with Grah Safe & Lock. They promptly sent a locksmith the day after I called. My locksmith Abdy was polite, communicative and efficient. He also gave me a recommendation to keep my door safer after a break in to my business which I am going to use. I recommend this business fully.

The installation of a Medico lock on our door was completed in timely fashion, excellent work, and a sweeping of all shavings from the floor. Could not be more pleased with the quality of service, from the messaging about timing and the installation of the lock. I would easily go beyond 5 stars for this kind of service.

What a fabulous company! Juan did a fantastic job getting a key to work on the very old lock for my antique furniture.

Jeff was a professional in every sense of the word. His mortise installation looked like it had been done by aliens. The sound of our door closing (a soft “thunk”) is music to our ears!
