We have been using a wonderful locksmith in a different area for 30 years, so we are hard to impress. What a JOY Sunny Everson was! He communicated his ETA, was punctual and professional, walked through the bid thoroughly and asked if we had any questions before he started, explained what he was doing (as I showed interest), and lubricated, cleaned and made everything better than he found it! He even righted one lock…

Accurate recently did a job at my office. Our front door was basically locking people inside the building! We called Accurate for help who gave us a bid, reversed our door, added a push bar and overall fixed our issues! The guys worked hard from 9-12 with positive attitudes and smiling faces. We’re grateful for the wonderful job they did, they’re highly recommended.

I called because I had accidentally locked an inner door lock at work. Rob had a tech on the road immediately. 15 minutes later an employee had found a copy of the key. Since we got back to Rob quickly, he was able to cancel. I feel bad that we cancelled while the tech was on the road, but I'm amazed at the quality of customer service! I would highly recommend them!

At the end, technician said it was very difficult for him to open the s…

They never told me regarding if they can duplicate a key to lock or not, they will charge $200. Needless to say. They’re unable to duplicate and replace the key to the lock. I was very disappointed because their approved locksmiths in the area. They decided to put me on the…
