I've worked with VIA Technical since 2014, and since then, they have never failed to find me the most prestigious roles with the most reputable companies in San Diego. When I was in need of hiring technical staff, VIA was there to provide the best candidates, as well. I've worked directly with Chris, Amanda, Jessica, and now Natalie, all of which exhibit the utmost in professionalism, yet never fail to greet you by…

I have worked with a lot of recruiters but I have to say that Jessica Bailey has set a new standard for me. She is an outstanding communicator, super personable and so unbelievably efficient/organized. I feel like in all the stress of tech layoffs/job hunting, working with Jessica has been such a relief. It's almost like she is fighting alongside me haha Anyway, because of her I have to say that VIA Technical has a…

They are very personable and friendly, especially the CEO, Natalie Viani, and my recruiter, Jessica Bailey. They are also very professional and efficient. They pay me weekly. Total time between invoicing…

Some of them do not follow up, and communication can be quite sparse. Ho…
