The windows and doors they sell are as described. Pristine Windows did not do the installation - I apparently couldn't afford their installation - but they recommended someone else, and he was terrible. He talked and talked and talked and took a lot of smoking breaks, and slowly started sucking me dry of all my money and never finished putting on the drywall compound completely and my backdoor is not hung straight so…
