Berkley Construction built our 325 sq ft ADU on time and on budget. Our project manager was communicative and did a good job keeping to the timeline. Kieth and Robert are nice guys and they used quality subcontractors. We especially appreciated Berkley’s willingness to be flexible with the project scope, which allowed us to self-perform parts of the work in order to keep cost down. I have recommended Berkley to frien…

I recommend Berkley Construction wholeheartedly ! They worked for me between late 2019 and 2020 I hired them to do a complete remodel of the house my father built in 1955 on B st. It needed a serious upgrade after 65 years. I include a before and after photo of the whole house plus the kitchen. I was very pleased with their work. They were very professional, patient with my questions and incorporated my ideas when p…

We ended …

Their work is impeccable—every detail was carefully thought through, and they didn’t leave a single stone unturned. The crew was…

Robert, Keith, and their crew have done a great job on 3 important projects for our home. New roof, mini-split air conditioner, new electrical box. I recommend talking to them about their tiered pricing approach to prepare for unknown conditions, as happens with our craftsman home.
