Lawrence Chris Home Maintenance Service

I have used Chris for many years. He did a total remodel on my house after I bought it and it turned out fantastic. He tore down walls, textured all walls, painted, did all flooring, installed all new light fixtures and fans etc. He also has done 2 bathroom remodels for me. Along with many smaller jobs over the years. His prices are fair and he does very good work I would highly recommend.

We rely on Chris for many home repair and upgrade services. He assembled a solid wood shed for me and performed the interior and roof fit outs. Floored and painted a bathroom and more. Chris has always dealt with us in a professional and fair manner. I trust him and his work.

I have used Chris a couple of times and he provides quality mechanical and electrical services at a reasonable price. I needed someone for a next day service and he was able to work me in. Very reliable.

Very poor communication. I contacted the owner requesting help with some carpentry work in my home. When he finally responded a few days later, I explained what I needed and sent him a couple of pictures of my cabinets. I waited for him to give me a quote / schedule an appointment / get back to me, but he just completely ghosted. Very unprofessional. If you need handyman services, I recommend you look elsewhere.
