A short time ago I had the need to hire a painter to take care of some work that I required in order to put my home up for sale. I hired Chris from Carmel Valley Drywall and Paint, and I am compelled to share my experience. From the outset, Chris demonstrated outstanding communication skills, ensuring a clear understanding of my vision and requirements. Throughout the process, he remained available to address any of…

Chris and his company are excellent to work with. I am extremely picky and they exceeded my expectations. Their bid was reasonable (in the low to middle of the range) and they were the most conscientious of all of the companies I have working with in San Diego. They did a beautiful job removing my popcorn ceiling and they left my place extremely clean. They finished one day early.

Chris was extremely thorough, and he was there every step of the way! Nowadays, a contractor says he will be there on Tuesday, and guess what! He may or may not be there on Tuesday. Chris is a man of his word— very dependable, like another famous trade worker we know of. Excellent company! Would definitely recommend!

Chris was on time and highly professional. He quickly repaired the damage and cleaned up all the evidence of the repair. He was able to quickly recommend a matching paint color and gave realistic time estimates for his labor. I would request his service again in the future and I would recommend his service to others.

Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful on a late Saturday afternoon when I was left in a real bind through my old contractor. He provided lots of information, answered every question I had and really helped me to understand what I was left with and what my expectations should be going forward. Really grateful for his availability and honesty.
