If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is extremely unprofessional and rude. Cathleen, the office manager, is incompetent and offensive. She told us they were doing us a "FAVOR" by agreeing to work with us, of course this was after we had given them money to start, I would have fired them on the spot for that comment.
