Staff is always so sweet and helpful. They have a nice set up and always things on sale. I go here for my infant all the time. It’s also really neat here you can tell the associates here know their standards.

Nyree here at this location was a shinning example of customer service. She went above and beyond looking for my sons shirt. She kept calm under pressure and maintained a smile while the store was super busy. I will be back for her excellent customer service.

Great staff, great quality products, excellent price. I removed one star just because their sizes are off the chart and you always need to buy your baby 2 to 3 sizes bigger than what is on the tag. They should really reconciler their size chart!!!

Horrible do not get the credit card for carters. They keep charging me for late fees even though I paid my balance in full. They send me a later about late fees I paid it and even asked if that would be all I needed to pay they said yes. And again they are charging me they try to steal your money by constantly charging you even though your account is closed and pay in full. Horrible experience
