Had a rough experience with another chimney place last month so I was skeptical. Totally different story with Ruebush Chimney Cleaning. Got the smoke chamber repair done and they were the real deal and they were out the next morning. Sent a real person, not a call center runaround. Got a same-day appointment which saved me. Totally fair pricing. Can't ask for more.

Just moved to Los Angeles a few months ago and didn't know anyone for recommendations. Found Ruebush Chimney Cleaning online and took a chance. From the first call to the finished creosote removal, everything was smooth. They showed up when they said they would. Explained what they were doing without being condescending about it. Booking was painless. No high-pressure sales pitch at all. It's hard to find that level …

Wasn't sure what was wrong, just knew something was off. Ruebush Chimney Cleaning ran through it, showed me the actual problem, and quoted a flat price for the chimney cap installation. No hidden fees. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Sent a real person, not a call center runaround

Had a rough experience with another chimney place last month so I was skeptical. Totally different story with Ruebush Chimney Cleaning. Got the chimney inspection done and they were detail-oriented and they didnt drag it out. The tech answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Fair and upfront. Either way, highly recommend
