I’m really happy I went with American Bathtub Refinishers. They were easy to communicate with, gave me a fair quote, and stuck to their timeline. The technician was professional, worked carefully, and left everything clean. The tub looks like new and completely refreshed the bathroom. If you want quality work without the cost of a full remodel, I highly recommend them.

I recently moved in to a property that unfortunately used this company to “refinish” the tub and kitchen sink. The quality of work is embarrassing. Another company sent out a technician a week later who had to fix the caulking and order a replacement sink. Buyer beware! We had to call them back out because the shower/tub they resurfaced started peeling and bubbling. They came back out for warranty, redid the work, then two months later, it started happening again. Now when we call they tell us that our warranty is expired. But for the low price of $614 we can pay to have the work redone. Ummm, why would we pay a company twice for their failed workmanship!

This company is terrible and I don’t know how they could still be in business. Our property manager sent this company out to re do our tub. First the tech showed up 2 hours late. Then when he did show up he kept trying to enter the home before we could put our dog away even though we clearly told him don’t open the door. As for the tub job... I don’t think they take any pride in the job. It was done extremely poorly…
