The company personnel at Ironman did their best to help me. I was in a jam at a project and needed an LADBS fabricator for some fish plates. The estimating team was very helpful and were executing the work when the owner told them not to do it, too small to waste their time. He basically pulled the plug at the last moment. Extremely unprofessional. They built my home years ago and I called as directed by the county and my lawyer to get verification on the recording on the lot description. They have a Filipino lady that answers the phone, does not understand or speak proper English, refuses to connect you to anyone and then won’t even give you her name.
