Worst builder ever. You buy your house and once you close they are done with you, even though you have 1 year to point out any defects and they are supposed to fix. Submitted a claim for something I brought up in the final walk through, and was never fixed. Then the pandemic happened and they wouldn’t do any work inside, understandable. I would NEVER recommend buying a house from this company. We think this company and their warranty is a JOKE. Our experience turned into a nightmare after KB was getting ready to leave our community and we submitted our first warranty claim.
