BEWARE of Louis Krokover and Newday Development. I made the unfortunate mistake of hiring him. Krokover talks a big game, but based on my direct experience working with him and in my own personal and subjective opinion, Krokover is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and the sub-contractor he selected did VERY SHODDY WORK.
