Highly Recommend Utgard – Outstanding Work on Our Dental Office Build-Out! Utgard did an exceptional job on the build-out for our new dental office. From start to finish, Bill and Stephanie were absolute professionals—responsive, helpful, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. They truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. All the Utgard employees we interacted with were great, and all the subco…

Utgard Construction (and subcontractors) demolished and prepared our 3200 SF San Diego Medical office space, planned, permitted, and then built our accredited superior grade plastic surgery suite with operating room, including framing, flooring, ceilings, medical gases, plumbing, electrical with back up power, HVAC, decor, and finishes. The Utgard team was spectacular in every respect, compared to others with whom I…

Nothing short of exceptional! They built our dental office from scratch and what would be a stressful process was made infinitely more efficient due to the efforts of Stephanie and Bill. Their quote of time and money was spot on. We are friends with several other dentists that used Utgard for their builds and they feel the same. If you’re thinking about using them just do yourself a huge favor and do it. The word on …

She coached me as I was assembling the team of people to be on the project, she guided me…

As a family owned business, they bring a level of care, integrity and attention to detail that you simply don’t find with other contractors. From our first meeting with Stephanie and Bill, it was clear that they genuinely value their clients. They took the ti…
