No one answeres there phone we have homeless people terrorizing our neighborhood and they don’t do anything at Polk city hights, I spoke to the property manager and basically said she can’t do anything about it

Been living in one of the apartments they manage for almost 3 years now. They have been very responsive and pleasant. I see why so many of there tenants stay so long. (20+ years) I thought they deserved better than 3 stars so I wrote this.
