Fred removed an existing front door and glass block windows and replaced them with a much larger door set. He worked with the designers and door manufacturer to design and install a custom replacement for an additional glass block window nearby. Beautiful work. On time. In budget. Professional. Rare service indeed!

We interviewed four contractors for the remodel of our Rancho Santa Fe casita. Both of us were impressed with Fred from the start, making our choice easy. He came across as friendly, knowledgeable, articulate and responsive. Over the course of the project, our confidence in him just continued to grow. He was always accessible and never once made a promise he didn’t keep. We ran into a lot of bumps along the way…

Fred and his team have renovated several rooms in our Spanish Colonial house. They do excellent work at fair prices. What I appreciate most is that when something goes wrong (which is inevitable in home renovations), Fred makes sure that it is made right.
