I rented a unit in San Dimas last year. Due to the holiday, there was a delay from post office, and my rent was delivered later than expected. When I received the letter, I was confused, so I contacted the mat west. The lady explained what happened, and they agreed to waive the late fee for me. Their employees are always willing to help.

We are renting a large warehouse from this company. A minute after they signed The contract with them for a $30,000 monthly rent !!!!
