Will not return deposit We have been renting at 850 La Brea in Los Angeles. The Landlord has promised to send me our deposit back and has not. He mentioned he was leaving the country and has not responded to messages. We rented the location and left it vacant for the entire lease term, the place was let in the exact condition it was found in. We want our deposit back.
