We recently had our pool and spa redone with pebble sheen and plastering. David and his team did a terrific job with all the elements and details of the pool project. We also decided to add a Baja feature to our pool for lounging purposes and it came out nicely. In addition, his team also filled in the coping area as well as regrouted where we have stone work to freshen it up. Throughout our 4 week project the team …

I cannot speak highly enough of this company's knowledge, professionalism, and quality. There crews and men work very hard, did a great job and always make sure I was happy before they left. Their office made the selection process easy and always kept me informed of the progress and when the crews were coming and what was happening. There's a reason that this company has been in business for 45+ years and this is wh…

M Preciado did an incredible job with our Pebble Sheen. We worked with Andy and he did a wonderful job communicating with me and my wife to ensure we were happy with our choices. They have the most competitive pricing and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Their crew was professional, efficient and very reliable. True professionals. Andy was not only helpful during the sales process but was very involved …

M Preciado was also hired to do the start up following the plaster installation. The plaster job was horrible. The plaster is uneven and rough. There are swirl marks throughout the entire plaster finish. In the shallow area of the pool, there are un…
